Here, German chef Willie Wurger offers classic international cuisine with modern twists. The freshness of the lobster tail, served with a delicate avocado cream, mango cubes, bisque, and a crunchy sesame tuile, stands out among the selection based on excellent quality products. The veal rib-eye with pistachio tagliatelle, and the crisp millefeuille with white chocolate mousse perfectly offset by the acidity of fresh raspberries, are also on the enticing menu.
