Situated inside the storied Cadogan Hotel in the heart of Chelsea, this restaurant and bar is named after the Willett family who built the original townhouse in 1887. There’s a modern, clubby feel to the bar and two salon dining rooms, where you can choose from a menu that flies the flag for British ingredients, recipes and even wines. Topped crumpet snacks signal the kitchen’s intent, followed up by the likes of lamb faggots, day-boat fish and a host of nostalgic puddings – think Eton mess, jam roly-poly and a sherry trifle inspired by the chef’s grandmother.
