Self-taught chef James Sherwin’s dream came true when he opened this endearing restaurant making great use of the seasonal produce grown on their Wild Shropshire farm. The ingredients are fashioned into a daily changing surprise menu for a maximum of 14 guests, which starts strongly with the excellent bread glazed using honey from their own hives. The same ingredients are sometimes utilised in different ways throughout the meal, such as Wagyu beef in tartare, shin and sirloin form. The chatty, knowledgeable service team help you leave with a smile on your face.
