Set within the elegant Casa Nicolini hotel, nestled in a peaceful and scenic spot among the hills, the restaurant offers a dining experience that combines local produce, creativity and character. From the dining room’s large windows, the view stretches out over the surrounding landscape, while in the warmer months the terrace becomes the ideal spot to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere, also hosting the bar and the Bistrot’s more casual menu in a dedicated area. In the kitchen, Samuele Di Murro crafts his culinary narrative through three tasting menus: one inspired by tradition, one with a more contemporary and creative approach, and a third ‘freestyle’ menu, guided by the inspiration of the moment and the availability of the finest ingredients. All dishes are also available à la carte, giving you greater freedom in composing your meal. In the dining room, Luca Orilia leads a young, well-trained and close-knit team, capable of attending to guests with precise and professional explanations, with discretion and natural warmth.
