Villa Singha has been championing Thai traditions for over thirty years. A characteristic colourful Thai decor and references to the mythological lion, Singha, depict the exotic interior. Behind the scenes, a team of women chefs wholeheartedly rolls out proper textbook Thai fare. The seamless, unstuffy service is the work of a cheerful front-of-house team. A quick glance at the almost never-ending menu is sufficient to make your tastebuds drool. Kra Dook Moo Tohd Kra Tiam stars melt-in-the-mouth, well-seasoned pork with a crispy crust and a refreshing hint of tamarind. One mouthful of their best-selling Pad Thai Khung Sod suffices to explain why this eatery is so popular: al dente noodles, crunchy veg, peanuts, shrimps and lashings of vibrant seasoning. A word of advice: don’t forget to book, but, if the worse comes to the worst, you can always order a take-away!
