Versátil's more casual option, this restaurant, located beneath the award-winning fine-dining restaurant with its own separate entrance, surprises guests with its character and concept, as its walls are adorned with works of art by local and international artists (which are for sale). The à la carte, with a contemporary flair and always enriched with seasonal suggestions, often includes a dish or two that has been passed down from its big brother (a prime example is the excellent charcoal-grilled sea bass with mushroom cream and summer truffle, a ‘fake’ pil-pil made with whole-grain mustard, sprouts, and crispy rice).
