It's a cosy place to enjoy sake from a wide selection, with explanations to guide you, as well as a crisp beer or a highball cocktail. The izakaya-style cuisine shows its playful side in a tempting selection of authentic dishes that come in an easy-to-share format. These vibrant bites bring together layers of umami, bright acidity and delicate textures. For example, finely chopped tuna toro is served as a tartare for diners to wrap in nori with shiso, julienned cucumber, fresh wasabi and soy sauce. The Japanese flavours are intense, the approach wonderfully relaxed – and the result is irresistible.
