Here, in a modern restaurant dominated by exposed stone and black tones, he serves up Catalan cuisine designed for sharing without the clichés, always prioritising fresh seasonal products. The menu revolves around a selection of dishes of an ancestral nature, such as the beef tongue fricandó brochette, grilled and with an excellent flavour, or the grilled veal sweetbread with collejas leaves and chickpeas.
