Situated at an altitude of 700 metres, in the heart of the Alta Langa, this establishment offers a compelling take on Piedmontese tradition in surroundings that combine rustic charm with contemporary comfort. The cuisine showcases the region’s finest produce, from mushrooms to truffles, including fresh homemade pasta such as tajarin and agnolotti del plin, right through to the excellent local meats. Particular attention is also paid to bread-making, with naturally leavened bread and focaccia deserving a special mention. The experience can be rounded off with a stay in one of the property’s few rooms and, in the warmer months, with lunch or dinner on the panoramic terrace, caressed by the cool breeze from the hills.
