As its location would suggest, the menu is centred around fresh fish and shellfish, much of which is landed at the adjacent harbour. The appealing menu doesn't reinvent the wheel but uses tried-and-tested combinations to provide bags of satisfying flavour, in dishes such as brill with asparagus and hollandaise or whole grilled lemon sole with Grenoble-style beurre noisette.
