“Thelema”, an ancient Greek word evoking the concept of will and desire, becomes the manifesto of the young and talented chef Simone Tricarico, who after a lengthy journey through exceptional kitchens in Italy and France has chosen to strike out on his own, giving form to a cuisine that is personal, creative and deeply rooted in identity. The restaurant welcomes guests into a warm and relaxing environment, dominated by wood and a luminous dining room punctuated by large windows overlooking the well-tended garden beyond. The culinary offering is a harmonious blend of originality and technique, featuring an array of dishes that leaves diners with a delightful dilemma when it comes time to choose. Impossible not to be tempted by the rich “saffron rice and Milanese veal” or the intense “braised milk-fed lamb, caciocavallo and turnip tops”, which speak of the chef’s assured hand. In the dining room, the attentive and punctual service is guided by Daniele Miceli, who accompanies guests with professionalism through the wine selection and orchestrates the timing of the tasting with precision.
