Situated inside the acclaimed Gleneagles Townhouse hotel, a building once occupied by the Royal Bank of Scotland, there's plenty of grandeur to this stylish restaurant. What was once the banking hall is now an eye-catching dining room with granite columns, exquisite plasterwork and a magnificent cupola which allows natural light to flood in. High-quality Scottish ingredients regularly make an appearance across the well-executed, classically based dishes – such as Tweed Valley beef tartare with pickled onions and nasturtium.
