Everyone is served together, so be sure to arrive on time for the multi-course tasting menu that showcases the chef's playful streak and creativity. Japanese techniques and tastes have a big influence on the dishes, ranging from maki to milk bread and bass yakitori to chutoro with wasabi. High-quality produce runs throughout, resulting in some well-defined flavours.
