At the helm, Hiroshi Sakai is a true sushi master – he has 30 years' experience under his belt and runs five other establishments in the Greater Tokyo Area. This basement restaurant is decorated in an authentic Japanese style: sleek and minimalist. From the counter seats, you can watch as the food is prepared. They serve an omakase menu, which also comes in a vegan version, and diners choose the number of courses. Tip: Meat lovers will be in their element with the Wagyu set menu. To go with the menu, there are not only sake pairings, but also well-matched wines; the house-made cola is also worth a try. Service comes courtesy of a very friendly and professional team.
