A stone’s throw from Antwerp’s London Bridge (visible from the terrace), The London sports a suitably trendy cocktail of vintage urbanity. The cooking is inspired by international produce and in keeping with today’s tastebuds, without eschewing familiar comforting flavours. For example, the chef may pair lobster meat with soft brioche bread, pieces of calf’s head and aromatic truffle, while dollops of shellfish and curry mayonnaise add an extra kick.
