It’s set over two levels, with a smart basement cocktail bar below and the airy dining room above. The room has a pared-back look which matches the restrained, understated food that lets seasonal ingredients shine with well-married flavour and texture combinations. Guests choose between multiple lengths of tasting menu – go for the longer ones for the full experience. The wine list is entirely dedicated to English varieties.
