Welcomed by a fragrant garden of aromatic herbs, guests may take their seats in the warmer months in romantic alcoves shaded by jasmine pergolas, while inside the elegant dining room, looking onto the open kitchen and the cellar, offers an atmosphere that is intimate and refined, made all the more evocative by a lit fireplace in the winter months. At the helm of the restaurant are brothers Mario and Francesco Sposito: the former responsible for the welcome and the dining room, the latter the architect of the gastronomic offering. Building on the family legacy and still supported today by their mother, they have succeeded in transforming the restaurant into one of the most admired addresses in the region. The cuisine finds expression across several tasting menus, with the option of choosing à la carte as well, in a narrative that weaves together contemporary technique and refined echoes of Campanian tradition. Completing the experience, a cellar of great depth with over a thousand labels, particularly rich in French references, brought to life by the attentive and expert service of the sommelier.
