Two carefully designed spaces offer two distinct experiences, united by consistent quality. On one side is the Sushisen Experience, devoted to Japanese cuisine with a gourmet slant and the omakase tasting journey; on the other, Sushisen Kaitenzushi, where the same omakase – now also served here, exclusively for two guests and at dinner – is offered alongside counter seats facing the conveyor belt, animated by a convivial succession of small, inviting creations. The drinks list is extensive and well conceived, with numerous wines and sakes also available by the glass. The all-female service team is warm, attentive and precise.
