Calling all steak lovers! This restaurant is known for its exceptional cuts of meat, which are cooked in an oven heated to 800°C. The menu features rib-eye, flank steak and tenderloin – and each piece is served on a wooden board, with superb sauces. Alternatively, there is a three-course set menu ("Menü Heimat") or four-course "Sülbecker Steak Menu"; as for the à la carte selection, the classic "Sülbecker Krüstchen" is particularly popular. Freshly fried North Sea sole meunière is another good option. They also have a wine bar. Various special offers are to be had throughout the year – don't hesitate to enquire!
