This pretty restaurant proposes a surprise menu in a choice of three formats: the four-course "Einblick" ("Insight"), the five-course "Dialog" ("Dialogue") and the six-course "Manifest" ("Manifesto"). The seasonal cuisine is modern, making use of regional and international ingredients. The resulting dishes include combinations such as "veal, asparagus, couscous, ajvar, BBQ" and "Spanish carabinero prawn, beetroot, mustard, vermouth". A vegan version of the menu is also available. You can opt for wine pairings or house-made alcohol-free alternatives. The friendly, accommodating service with its warm personal touch contributes greatly to the charming atmosphere. The terrace becomes a particularly cosy retreat during the summer months.
