This spacious restaurant on Niğde's main boulevard is particularly convivial after dark with its dimmed lighting, yet what really stands out is the sincere hospitality of the staff. You immediately feel at ease here. Don't expect elaborate theatrics, but rather succinct, flavour-focused cooking. Turkish generosity is expressed here, for example, in a dish of succulent confit lamb neck served with flatbread, boldly seasoned tomato and yoghurt. The extensive menu and the convenience of being open every day are guaranteed to win you over. There is even a small play area provided for younger guests.
