There’s a well-executed fusion of the old and the new at this charming city centre restaurant located opposite Turku Cathedral (the only medieval basilica in Finland). Stylish, contemporary décor is brought into the vaulted cellar of a 19th-century riverside merchant's house, while the cooking combines traditional techniques with modern presentation. The finest Nordic ingredients run through the creative dishes, with the combinations offering memorable contrasts of flavours and textures.
