Everyone will have an opinion about the name but what’s indisputable is that this is a very good-looking restaurant, with works by Frank Gehry and Damien Hirst, and a stunning ceiling by Michael Roberts. The titular fish comes with various Japanese influences, from the wide selection of maki, nigiri and sashimi to hot dishes such as grilled octopus skewers with red yuzu kosho or salmon teriyaki cooked on the robata grill. The set menu allows you to keep the price down, or you can embrace the Mayfair glitziness of it all and order some Beluga caviar to start.
