The fantastic view of Lake Lucerne, for starters, makes it worthwhile coming here, and it's especially enjoyable from the wonderful terrace! But, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, you don't have to miss out on the view if you sit inside the modern and elegant restaurant. Meanwhile, Fabian Inderbitzin's cooking is also worthy of our full attention. Using outstanding ingredients, he creates highly aromatic and distinctive dishes, such as juicy and delicately seasoned medallion of Schwyz salmon trout – cooked to perfection until just translucent – served with glazed baby artichokes, crispy potato croustillants and a creamy, full-bodied sorrel velouté. The set menu ranging from a four- to seven-course format comes in both a vegetarian and conventional version. At lunchtime, opt for the "Gourmet Lunch" deal or choose from a small selection of à la carte classics, including some from the evening menu. The service is professional, friendly and attentive. Tip: Five spaces by the jetty are reserved for customers.
