The untreated interior is emblematic of the upfront values of this buzzy neighbourhood venue. The chef crafts intuitive dishes that bear witness to his passion for outstanding, local whenever possible, ingredients. A few examples: gyoza of Basque black pudding coated in a frothy Maltaise sauce or breast of juicy rabbit in a crunchy bacon crust, paired with a pig’s trotter fritter and a heroically rich gravy… Wholehearted, whimsical cuisine presented in a concise menu.
