The atmosphere is that of a relaxed, light-filled beach bar, dominated by white tones that enhance the natural light and setting. The gastronomic offering centres on seafood, with a quick and appealing lunch menu, while in the evening it expands into two more structured menus, evocatively named Onda Corta and Onda Lunga. Among the protagonists, the catch of the day, presented directly at the table on a platter for an informed choice, alongside the house’s great classics such as lobster and mantis shrimp, interpreted in the spirit of freshness and simplicity.
