Here at the Naturhotel Rebling, situated at an altitude of 610m, you can expect not only spectacular views of the region (with visibility up to 100km on a clear day), but also delicious cuisine imbued with seasonal flavours. Katharina and Erich Schwingshackl invite you to experience HEIMATKÜCHE, an appealing alternative to fine dining restaurant ESSKULTUR. Katharina manages the restaurant floor, providing friendly and attentive service, Erich cooks up dishes such as South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen (stuffed pasta) with brown hay-milk butter, or game ragout with organic egg spaetzle. The Wiener schnitzel is also to be recommended. You can opt for a four-course set menu or go à la carte. They also have their own game reserve with deer and a few Galloway cows, as well as their own fruit trees and spring water. The dining areas are inviting, ranging from small cosy spaces to bright and welcoming rooms with amazing views that can also be taken in from the balcony terrace in summer. In addition to comfortable guestrooms, overnight guests have access to a lovely spa suite.
