This restaurant, which is beaming with a new energy after a change of location, surprises and leaves everyone wanting more from its culinary proposal. Here you can enjoy a highly personalised market cuisine, with modern touches and nods to Asian fusion, which finds in the embers the common thread of many elaborations. There is also an interesting tasting menu. A must-try is the Santé steak tartare (prepared in full view of the diner, made with Black Angus beef), and we really enjoyed the grilled bluefin tuna belly, served with tom yum sauce, white sweet potatoes, and peanuts. The extensive wine list—featuring many international selections—is another highlight!
