Since 1906, when distant forebears established a simple osteria with wine counter, this establishment has travelled a remarkable path. Today it presents itself as a welcoming and well-appointed restaurant, distinguished by elegant and contemporary furnishings. The cooking offers an à la carte selection of fish and meat dishes, complemented by tasting menus that allow guests to place themselves entirely in the hands of the chef. The well-structured wine list encompasses not only Ligurian labels but also selections from other regions. The terrace overlooking the pedestrian thoroughfare is most pleasant, and should be reserved well in advance.
