Diners choose from a regularly changing à la carte menu that features dishes that draw on seasonal and regional ingredients, Mediterranean influences and international twists. Examples include "shiitake wonton, enoki, dashi, Szechuan oil" or "butterflied Arctic char, salsa verde, new potatoes". There is also a surprise menu for sharing and a carefully curated wine list. The pleasingly relaxed atmosphere is enhanced by polished and highly professional service, which is provided by a cheerfully charming and laid-back front-of-house team.
