Overlooking the beach and forming an integral part of the beach club, this venue invites you to enjoy al fresco dining at any time of day. In the evening, the experience takes on a special charm, with the chance to dine just a stone’s throw from the sea, almost with your feet in the sand. The cuisine focuses primarily on fresh fish and the traditions of the Romagna region, reinterpreted with a contemporary twist: examples include cappellettino with cheese and pepper, served with tomato water, raw prawns and basil pesto. However, there is no shortage of references to the finest Italian traditions, such as in the tartlet with fresh apricot, biancomangiare and almond sorbet. The whole experience is enhanced by elegant international influences, including ceviche, Cantabrian anchovies, yuzu and beurre blanc. At the heart of each dish lies a rigorous selection of ingredients, which is the real strength of the cuisine. The portions are also a pleasant surprise – generous and satisfying – a detail that helps to make the experience even more rewarding.
