Once a Bourbon reserve dedicated to fish farming, this property is now enjoying a new chapter as a refined boutique hotel overlooking the sea. The restaurant unfolds in a light-filled waterside veranda, complemented by a shaded terrace that seems to hover directly above the blue. At lunchtime, the kitchen adopts a lighter, more Mediterranean tone under the “Peschiera Bistrot” formula, while in the evening the offer broadens through several tasting menus, with dishes also available à la carte and a decidedly more contemporary slant. Fish remains centre stage, accompanied by a number of appealing meat-based alternatives and vegetarian options.
