On the outskirts of the city, this restaurant is located in a vineyard with a wine-growing tradition dating back to the 13C. A combination of exposed old wooden beams, quarry stone walls and sleek modern furnishings creates an atmospheric setting. For a nice view of the vinyards try and get a seat at the window tables of the gallery. In summer, tables on the terrace are coveted. Chef Petr Kunc presents an ambitious three- to six-course tasting menu - a vegetarian version is also available. Dishes such as ‘Beluga sturgeon, beluga caviar, stuffed morels, herb purée, pommes soufflées, Vin Jaune sabayon’ are meticulously prepared with great technical precision - they are visually stunning and feature very good produce. The menu is accompanied by a wine pairing or a non-alcoholic alternative. Tip: Book a wine tasting or tour of the estate. For overnight stays there are six cosy, tastefully furnished apartments.
