A charming and elegant setting, extremely friendly service courtesy of attentive professional waitstaff, and dishes with Mediterranean, classic and regional influences, such as "monkfish cheeks pan-fried in a caper and lime butter, saffron risotto, fennel, tomato, artichoke" or "crisp-fried Label Rouge guinea fowl breast, raw-marinated pointed cabbage with grapes & walnuts, lukewarm mushroom salad & browned bread dumplings". The quality of the produce and the craftsmanship are as impressive as the distinctive flavours and the appealing presentation. From the well-curated à la carte selection, recommendations also comprise a three- to five-course set menu. "Rolin" is the name of the captain of the luxury express steamer Cap Polonio – the restaurant is located in the hotel of the same name.
