Set in a small village at the foot of the imposing Mount Mangrt, within a restored farmhouse with over two centuries of history, Chef Tomaž Sovdat’s cooking is distinguished by its apparent simplicity, which belies a remarkable ability to make the most of the ingredients, with balance and finesse. The restaurant offers two tasting menus of four or six courses, presented verbally by the dining room staff. The wine selection, focused on local labels, is thoughtfully curated and offered at particularly appealing prices.
