Away from the historic centre, in a peripheral district little frequented by tourists, CUBO welcomes guests in a modern interior of dark, elegant tones. The kitchen, of Mediterranean orientation yet open to international influences, distinguishes itself through technique and creativity. Among the dishes, the corn-crusted tuna fillet stands out, expertly cooked and accompanied by a vibrant green curry sauce. The desserts are not to be missed, being a true strength of the house, among which are the celebrated chocolate soufflé with crème pâtissière, sorbets and artisan ice creams. The wine list is broad and well-structured, with options available by the glass.
