Mark Minkman has breathed new life into this renowned establishment. A cosy atmosphere still prevails in the stylish space, with a splendid garden terrace that comes into its own when the sun is out. The chef champions classic cuisine that allows premium ingredients to shine without any fuss. From scallops seared briefly a la plancha with a bold, ketjap-infused beurre blanc, to ultra-fresh cod accompanied by Ibérico ham, dashi and a herb salad: he has a nose for quality and understands the power of a good sauce. With such a tempting menu, making a choice is the hardest part.
