Natural light fills the room inside too, whether you’re sitting at the large counter, on high stools by the floor-to-ceiling windows or in one of the comfortable dining rooms. Fresh, unfussy cooking delivers generous dishes that are packed with flavour and a joy to eat, such as halibut with a crayfish bisque and Savoy cabbage or deliciously creamy panna cotta with rosemary caramel and apple granita. The atmosphere becomes more lively in the evening thanks, in part, to the homemade cocktails.
