Overlooking Capri, in a simply spectacular setting, the restaurant offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Sorrento Peninsula: from the windows and the terrace, your gaze is drawn to the island’s unmistakable silhouette, suspended between sea and sky. In the kitchen, Fumiko Sakai interprets the local area with his own personal touch and a wealth of experience, gained through years of working along the Amalfi Coast. His menu is firmly rooted in the culinary traditions of Campania, making the most of ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden, while occasionally incorporating subtle Eastern influences that enrich certain dining experiences. The offering is presented as four tasting menus, with the option to order à la carte as well. The star of the show is, of course, the sea, with plenty of focus on fresh fish, while also showcasing excellent local meats such as Caserta black piglet and Laticauda lamb, alongside more cosmopolitan creations that blend Mediterranean influences and Japanese touches in an original and finely balanced harmony.
