The restaurant boasts further charms indoors: regional cachet shines through, beautifully combined with chic, modern style. The menu includes classics – beef tartare and crispy battered fish bites are a must – and contemporary dishes such as lake fish ceviche or, for dessert, "wild cacao from Bolivia".
