Do you want to travel to Japan without leaving the Algarve coast? This restaurant, located in the heart of Faro and close to the Church of São Pedro, combines techniques of Japanese cuisine with the best local ingredients! Born of its creators’ desire to explore and reinterpret Japanese culture, this project invites us around a counter with capacity for 10 diners to immerse ourselves in this culinary art. The offer, presented by three chefs who share roles, revolves around the Omakase concept and turns each visit into a unique experience, adapting the offering to the fresh products available at the fish auction and also to the inspiration of the day. Ingredients such as oyster, prawn, eel, squid, turbot, bluefin tuna shine in dishes such as oyster, sardine and redbanded seabream, different kinds of Nigiri, Sashimi… Dive into this experience and let yourself be surprised by the riches of the region!
