A restaurant that proves a delightful surprise, both for its technical prowess and the quality of its produce, as well as for its understated façade. Conceived by three friends whose paths crossed behind the scenes on an earlier project, this venture has chef Simão Soares at the helm in the kitchen and focuses on traditional Portuguese cuisine, enriched with modern techniques and distinctive flavours. In a space that reflects the same philosophy — simple, welcoming and largely unadorned — diners are presented with a concise yet characterful menu, with stand-out dishes including Sweet Potato with Beetroot, Ox Liver served with potato millefeuille, and the delicate Rum and Sultana dessert. There is also an outdoor terrace, perfect for sunny days and for enjoying one of the creative cocktails on offer!
