The entrance from the street still does not completely reveal the experience that awaits guests. Today, the restaurant is situated on the first floor, in a completely redesigned space where design and functionality blend in harmony. The modern, minimalist interiors showcase a brand-new, open-plan kitchen, flanked by a newly built wine cellar that enhances the dining experience. With just 36 covers, the restaurant retains an intimate atmosphere; two lucky diners can enjoy an even more immersive experience by taking a seat at the counter and letting the chef guide them through the meal. Lino Scarallo’s culinary offering continues to centre on tasting menus: from free-form menus, in which the chef gives free rein to his creativity, to itineraries dedicated to his signature dishes, featuring ingredients from the sea and the land, in a contemporary exploration of flavour, technique and innovation.
