Following its recent relocation, this charming restaurant has found a new home in the heart of the historic centre, within an ancient building that still retains the charm of its origins, with its striking exposed stone walls left visible during the restoration. The interiors, now characterised by a contemporary bistro-inspired style, combine elegance and informality, while the selection of wines on display in the dining room reflects a particular focus on wine. Among the must-try dishes, the six-course starter menu stands out – a culinary journey that celebrates tradition and seasonal produce through locally sourced vegetables, cheeses and meats.
