In the historic centre of Zagarolo, the simple and intimate dining room hosts an excellent cuisine that draws upon certain Lazio elements in both produce and recipes, yet also embraces deliberate influences born of the chef’s wealth of experience. This is a gastronomic destination not to be missed, particularly if one wishes to experience cookery that is less traditional and incorporates more exotic ingredients, or at least those not strictly local in character. Tables are limited, so we recommend booking ahead, while in fine weather one may take a seat on the charming terrace.
