Nestled among the narrow streets of the pedestrianised historic centre, this restaurant welcomes guests into cosy, tastefully decorated dining rooms, but really comes into its own on the terrace overlooking a small open space, where the atmosphere is even more charming. The menu focuses mainly on seafood and ranges from classic dishes to those featuring subtle creative touches, such as crispy octopus tentacles served on a potato purée enriched with the sweetness of turnip and finished with crispy peppers, which add fragrance and character. At the heart of it all is the quality of the raw ingredients, which are fresh and expertly prepared, as demonstrated by the fish and shellfish – often served directly at the table – which stand out for their flavour and impeccable freshness.
