Their family-run restaurant specialises in seafood and plant-forward cuisine. A commitment to locally sourced ingredients and short supply chains ensures exceptional quality. The chefs' love for the sea is palpable in every dish, from sea snails cooked in a court bouillon and finished with a herb cream accented with a pronounced hint of garlic, to eel that is confit and lightly smoked, resulting in a buttery texture. It is worth perusing the wine list, as it is clearly a passion of the owners and even includes some of their own labels.
