'A journey through time and space' is how dinner at Onyx is described by its enthusiastic young team. Arrive on time as it’s a largely communal affair that begins on a large square table in front of the kitchen before continuing in an adjacent room, as the chefs serve dishes that take you from the year 1765 to 3016! The theatrical, immersive experience involves a selection of small, creative dishes ranging from their own version of cola and pizza to lamb and red cabbage served in a petri dish to represent life on Mars in 2126. You'll even find yourself wearing a cape at some point.
