At this Nice establishment tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac (accessed via rue de la Liberté), the serve vegetable tempura, salmon lightly seared with yuzu-miso, maki and sushi, as well as playful twists on local culinary tradition: prawn socca tacos and inventive takes on dragon rolls.
