Restaurant Oltremare was born of an ambitious project, conceived to give full expression to a coherent and contemporary gastronomic vision, capable of showcasing the talent of the chef and his brigade. Situated on the fifth floor of the Hotel Due Torri, the space has recently undergone a significant refurbishment that has heightened its elegance and atmosphere, making it more welcoming and visually striking than ever. Even in its name, Oltremare declares its identity: an authentic Mediterranean cuisine, expressed through seasonal, often farm-to-table, ingredients, and recipes rooted in local tradition. The result is a culinary journey capable of conveying the purity of flavour and the richness of aroma, always with an eye firmly on the contemporary. The offering is distinguished by a creative approach built on solid foundations, between nods to and reinterpretations of Campanian tradition, delivering balanced and recognisable dishes. Completing the experience, the extraordinary panoramic view over the Amalfi Coast: the broad windows frame glimpses of rare beauty, making every moment at the table all the more evocative and memorable.
